Almost Perfect
I tried to get in touch with you customer service, but the website isn't very user friendly when it comes to that. There is a lot of suggestions. Even when you're removing an item off your refill list there isn't a section for other. If there was I would be able to provide feedback instead of having to do it this way. The floss stick all around is a pretty awesome idea, however I knew that it wouldn't work well for me when I got the bundle pack. I have a permanent wire retainer and this floss stick doesn't work well for that. Let alone when I try to wedge the floss between my teeth it always becomes super loose and doesn't remain in that tight pull. It may work for some, but they should have like a normal matte black floss box. I would love to have that. I can use that any day.

Love our quip! Great product and customer support
My wife and I have been a quipsters for over two years and we both love it. I personally feel that my teeth have been in much better shape since using quip. I used to have trouble brushing my teeth for as long as recommended, and often had minor cavities during my dentist checkups. Haven't had a single cavity in the past 3 checkups! Also thank you Quip customer service for being so nice and responsive!

Best Travel Bag Ever!
My job requires me to do a lot of traveling; which means a need a toiletry bag that will keep things organized and withstand a lot of use. The Refresh Bag is perfect for my needs. Each side has large roomy zip pockets made of mesh netting (so your items can breath), it's made out of a supper flexible and soft rubber material and best of all it comes with a detachable hook you can use to hag it from a towel rack for easy access. The Refresh Bag is another reason why I love Quip products.
