Nice to not waste batteries
It's great to be able to switch the battery out every 3 months without wasting batteries, especially since you are supposed to recycle batteries and not throw them away. It seems like the rechargeable base would be easier now, but this is good if you don't' want to buy a whole new motor assembly.
